NOTE: For applications received via online, applicants shall only enjoy Roadside Assistance Services after three working days upon receipt of our email notification; otherwise the full membership fee for on-the-spot applicants will prevail.  


If you require immediate Roadside Assistance Services, please contact our 24-hour hotline at 6748 9911 to sign up for on-the-spot membership package. Otherwise, you can sign up using the below channel.

  • Applying online. 
  • Calling our Membership Services Officer at 6831 2148 and provide us with your particulars and credit card payment details.
  • Completing and printing the online membership application form, attach a passport-sized colour photograph (please write your name and NRIC / FIN number on the back of your photograph), enclose a cheque made payable to "Automobile Association of Singapore" and mail the documents to :

    Alternatively, you can email your application form if you are paying  using credit card to aa- membership@aas.com.sg.          
   
    You may also email your passport size digital photograph (file size should not be more than 600kb) to us in JPEG (.jpg) or GIF (.gif) format to mem-photo@aas.com.sg, indicating in the subject title "Photograph - (please state your Full name and NRIC / FIN number)".

  • Applying personally at any of the AA offices listed below:
  • River Valley (AA centre) : Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday: 8.30am to 1.00pm. Sundays and Public Holidays - Closed.
  • Leisure Park Kallang (AAShop) - Monday to Sunday: 11am to 9.30pm
  • Pearls Centre (AAShop) - Monday to Sunday: 12noon to 8pm

NOTE: For other modes of application including over the counter, applicants shall only enjoy Roadside Assistance Services after three working days; otherwise the full membership fee for on-the-spot applicants will prevail.
