One Stop Shopping at Shell

First 7-Eleven branches open doors...

AA members can now experience an all-in-one shopping experience when they visit one of five pilot Shell stations that are now tied up with 24 hour convenience store, 7-Eleven. The stations, which are based at Woodlands, Marsiling, Changi (Kembangan) Siglap and Serangoon Gardens, are operated and managed by 7-Eleven and will provide the same children's favourites that are found at all other 7-Eleven stores - namely Big Gulp drinks and Mr Softee ice creams. The usual 7-Eleven line-up of vital groceries will also be available at these Shell/7-Eleven outlets.

Soon the Shell and 7-Eleven centres will become a common sight in Singapore when all of Shell's 65 company operated filling stations will become allied with the 7-Eleven shopping experience.

In addition to the usual petrol and shopping facilities that the tie-up will offer, shoppers will also be able to top up their EZ-Link cards, cash cards, plus pay their utility, telco and credit card bills.

Commenting on the transition from a 100% Shell filling station to the new 7- Eleven experience, Ronald Seet, Station Manager for Shell Siglap, said: "Customers like it because there are more services now and the place is bright and well-lit at all times making it more comfortable to shop in."
