Keep Your Membership Valid

Getting stranded on the road with a broken down vehicle is a highly stressful experience for any motorist. Luckily for AA members, there's assured help at hand during such times. To ensure that help reaches you without difficulty, you must be present at the scene of the breakdown when requesting for Roadside Assistance Service (RAS) as your membership is personal and non-transferable. Ensure that you carry your AA membership card with you at all times for identification purposes. At the same time, have your AA decal placed on the left-hand side of your car windscreen to facilitate our recovery crew in locating your car. As priority of service and resources are allocated for members, additional resource allocation is incurred to rescue stranded motorists. To help defray such costs, the following administration fees are levied for RAS rendered to non-members:

  • $20 for on-the-spot membership renewal
  • $20 for on-the-spot membership sign-ups

So, don't allow your membership to lapse. Renew your membership promptly to enjoy continued peace of mind. Avoid the inconvenience and surcharge when you call for help in the event that your vehicle breaks down. Since membership is personal and non-transferable, encourage your family to take up AA membership so that they too can enjoy the convenience and peace of mind on the road.
