  • To receive and make inbound and outbound calls from/to customers
  • To perform job order taking/entry related to vehicle breakdown
  • To accurately capture and submit job order via GPS/CAD system
  • To liaise with contractor when there is a need to utilize their services
  • To handle all calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • To attend to customers' complaints and escalate complaints to supervisor, if necessary
  • To perform credit card sale transactions when required
  • To undertake adhoc tasks as assigned
  • Min. qualification of 'N' level and above
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience in Customer Service
  • Good computer and communication skills will be advantageous
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
  • Graduates with positive attitude are welcome to apply
