Responsibilities
  • To handle counter, email and telephone enquiries for all classes of general insurance
  • To provide insurance quotations and process motor insurance applications, renewals, extension, cancellation and issuance of insurance documents for all general insurance products including requirements under GIAS
  • To monitor and follow up on all aspects of customer support in spoken/ written form
  • To carry out telemarketing calls and marketing campaigns when required
  • To cross-sell all classes of general insurance in spoken and written form
  • To carry out daily opening and closing procedures such as checking of transaction records, NETS and Credit Card terminals
  • To assist the Operations Executive in daily operations and any ad-hoc projects/ assignments
  • To ensure training hours under CPD requirements and to comply with all regulatory requirements by the relevant authorities
  • To undertake any other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time
Requirements
  • Graduates or Diploma holders are welcome to apply
  • Experienced and matured workers in the insurance industry may also apply
  • Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or BCP & PGI will be advantageous
  • At least 1 years' work experience in a similar capacity would be preferred
  • Possess a courteous and helpful personality
  • Pro-active with a positive mindset
  • Passion in delivering Customers' satisfaction
