TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• AA Ordinary/Family Membership is open to all holders of a valid Singapore driving license.
• AA Family Membership is applicable to the Spouse and Children (below 21 years old) of the principal member (Life/Ordinary) residing at the same address.
• AA Family Membership is tagged to the principal’s membership and must run concurrently with the Membership validity of the principal member (Life/Ordinary).
• AA Membership is personal, non-transferable and is tagged to the member and not the car.
• Members must be present at the breakdown location for Roadside Assistance Services (RAS) to be rendered.
• Ordinary and Family Members are entitled to fee waiver of RAS*, inclusive of standard tow^ up to six (6) times per Membership year, for Singapore private-registered passenger cars with valid road tax (not applicable to taxis, motorcycles, light goods and rented cars).
• Add-on fees are applicable for all non-standard tows (even if the tow is rendered to cars not listed in certain car-makes+ and/or within the first six (6) usages of RAS).
• Towing (both standard and non-standard) is chargeable for certain car-makes+, even if the tow is rendered within the first six (6) usages of RAS.
• The provision of Membership services and RAS are subject to AA’s Constitution, Terms and Conditions, Service Policy and Privacy Policy, available on www.aas.com.sg, which AA reserves the right to revise at any time without prior notice.
• Applicants are required to complete all fields as part of the application process.
• Membership Entrance Fee and Subscription paid are non-refundable; and are subject to change without prior notice.

 

*RAS are rendered for cars that cannot be driven due to mechanical or electrical failures.

  ^Standard tow refers to the use of the tow-truck’s recovery fork to lift the 2-front wheels of the passenger car off the ground.

  +Certain car makes refer to Aston Martin, Bentley, Daimler, Ferrari, Hummer, Lamborghini, Lotus, Maserati, Maybach, McLaren, Pagani, Porsche and Rolls-Royce.
