Notice on Phase 2 (Heightened Alert)

In light of the Phase 2 (Heightened Alert), Singapore is tightening more measures to decisively arrest the increasing number of cases in the community. 

AA Round Island Drive

In view of the current Covid-19 situation in Singapore, the AA Round Island Drive on 2 May 2021 will be postponed till further notice.

Notice on Phase 3 of Re-Opening

The Multi-Ministry Taskforce has started the Phase 3 of re-opening on 28 December 2020 and we are delighted that Singapore has made good progress to support the resumption of activities. As we enter Phase 3, the Association would like to take this opportunity to thank our Members as well as the community for your kind understanding and support through these hard times.

Reopening of AA Outlets

We are pleased to announce that our outlets at AA Centre, GB Point and Broadway Plaza will reopen to the public on 4 July 2020, with heightened safe distancing measures and capacity control in place.

Resumption of AA Services

In line with the Phase 2 of Safe-Reopening announcement, please note that the following services will be resumed on 19 June 2020:

• Motoring Services
• Membership Services
• AA outlets at AA Centre, GB Point and 51@AMK
• AAS Insurance Agency (AAS-IA) Services

Vehicle-related services provided by LTA

Arising from representations by the Singapore Vehicle Traders Association, LTA will be making adjustments to assist Electronic Service Agents (ESAs) affected by the COVID-19 outbreak

Notice on Vehicle Recovery Service / Roadside Assistance Service

In the Multi-Ministerial Task Force's latest announcement on 21 April 2020, Vehicle Recovery Service / Roadside Assistance Service has been classified as an Essential service by the Government. We would like to assure that we will continue to operate our Vehicle Recovery Service / Roadside Assistance Service as usual during this period.

Surge In Demand For Roadside Assistance Service (RAS) / Vehicle Recovery Service (VRS)

The Multi-Ministry Taskforce announced on 21 April 2020 that they will be reviewing and tightening the list of companies that are permitted to operate during the circuit breaker. Due to the temporary suspension of other workshops, the Association is currently facing a surge in demand of RAS / VRS.

Available Services amidst COVID-19

In line with Singapore Government's announcement on the elevated safe distancing measures on 21 April 2020, please note that our outlets - AA Centre, GB Point and 51 AMK will extend its closure from Monday, 4 May 2020 to Monday, 1 June 2020 (both dates inclusive).

Notice on Insurance Services

Following the closure of our outlets – AA Centre, GB Point and 51 AMK, from 6 April 2020 to 4 May 2020, both dates inclusive; we have temporarily closed our Insurance Agency walk-in counters.

• Online application of new memberships, renewals and International Driving Permit (IDP)
• Carnet de Passages en Douane (CPD) application and endorsement services

Notice on AA Services

Following the advisory from the Multi-Ministerial Task Force, please note that our outlets – AA Centre, GB Point and 51 AMK will cease operations with effect from Monday, 6 April 2020 to Monday, 4 May 2020 (both dates inclusive).

Notice on AUTOVENTURE, Talks and Courses

In compliance with MOH's advisory on travel bans and various measures imposed by the Singapore Government, AA Singapore has temporarily suspended all AUTOVENTURE trips; talks and courses till further notice.

Notice on Jackpot Access

In view of the latest announcement from the Ministry of Health (MOH) on the "Tighter Measures to Minimise Further Spread of COVID-19", stating that all bars and entertainment venues (including night clubs, discos, cinemas, theatres, karaoke outlets) will be closed with effect from 26 March 2020, 2359 hours.
